Repligen downstream pilot/production scale TFF systems

Repligen's KrosFlo systems for tangential flow filtration (TFF). KrosFlo systems are compatible with disposable hollow fiber filters and/or standard flat sheet cartridges. These systems fundamentally modernize the UF/DF process at every stage: from process development to large-scale production.

Repligen offers the following TFF systems:

KrosFlo KTF TFF - widely configurable TFF system for working with different applications and types of filters used. Volumes range from 1 to 5,000 liters, giving the user unparalleled flexibility to work with both large and small production batches;

KrosFlo FS TFF - designed for work and full automation with standard "flat sheet" cartridges. The system enables TFF processes up to 500 L and offers a choice of configurable components that provide an unmatched combination of automation, simplicity and compliance.

The KrosFlo KR2i TFF is a fully integrated bench-top TFF system for research and process development (PD), covering work from 2 mL to 15 L. Compatible with "hollow fiber" type and standard "flat sheet" cartridges. This system has a peristaltic pump with 13 automated process modes.

KrosFlo RS TFF is a system designed for the era of new biopharmaceutical products. These systems are designed to work with single use filters and are fully cGMP compliant. The systems feature features such as full automation, minimal residual volumes and easy scaling to customer needs. The system supports automated application methods such as ultrafiltration and diafiltration (UF/DF) processes with volumes ranging from 35 ml to 2000 l.
