Plant oxigen measurement
Liquid phase oxygen electrode systems
For measuring oxygen evolution or uptake in a sealed sample chamber. The sample chamber is designed to accommodate 10 cm2 leaf discs, which are cut with a special leaf disc cutter. However, any type of sample can be used, such as parts of roots, lichens, mosses, conifer needles or small seeds.
Liquid phase oxygen electrode systems
For the measurement of oxygen consumption by the release or uptake of oxygen by chloroplasts and other suspended plant photosynthetic materials (microalgae, etc.) and various components including plant roots or various suspensions of plant or animal cells, including mitochondrial respiration assays.
